JOB DESCRIPTION
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing customer support to clients and ensuring that their needs are met. He must ensure excellent customer service at all times, build relationships, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued.
-Acts as a point of contact for clients and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
-Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and Tiktok.
-Provides support for the onboarding process of new clients and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete.
-Maintains accurate records of client interactions and updating client profiles as needed.
-Educates clients about products or services, including providing information about new products or features.
-Monitors industry trends and staying up-to-date on changes in products, services, or regulations that may affect clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
-Has at least six (6) to a year of working experience in the related field.
-Must have a good communication skills, customer oriented
-Has good analytical skills and detail-oriented. Willing to work on flexible work hours
-Wiling to work on-site at Mandaluyong City
