CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / MEMBER
SERVICES SPECIALIST
(Makati Office)
 
Educational Attainment:
Preferably nursing graduate or any medical related course
College graduate preferably with hospital experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Preferably Customer Service trained
Registered Nurse is an advantage
Working Experience:
Experienced in working laboratory clinic and hospital settings
Still open for no clinic/ hospital setting since training will be provided
Technical Skills:
Computer Skills
Excellent thinking skills (problem-solving and decision-making)
Good communication skills
Others:
Active listening
Patient and resilient
Positive attitude is a must
Ability to work independently
Willing to work on rotating shifts.
