JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Manage inbound/outbound calls from B2B, B2C, and Door to Door Campaigns
• Ability to read from requested scripts
• Maintain effective record-keeping for all calls handled
• Maintain compliance and call handling requirements
• Ensure all verifications are of quality and within the timeframe required
• Ensure accuracy of data obtained from verification records
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved in the verification process
• Provide outstanding customer service experience to prospective customers
• Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly department goals are met
Requirements
• Language proficiency (English / Spanish)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or GED
• Prior Verification Experience is a plus
• Prior Documentation and Record keeping Experience is a plus
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Reverse address/telephone tracking
• Experience with working with sensitive data
• Understanding of general computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, excel and web applications
• Detail and Goal Oriented
• Works well independently
• Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments
• Team motivated and able to work well with others
