V-Call Center Link (VCC Link), Inc. is in need of Office Based Customer Service Representatives
Start Date: ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for handling calls and providing customer support.
• Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios
• Remain updated in client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
• Work and partner with others within a team-based environment.
• Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Graduate - At least 6 Months BPO Experience.
• SHS Graduate / College Graduate and Undergraduate - No BPO Experience needed.
• Good communication skills.
• TECHNICAL SKILLS: Computer and Mobile Phone Navigation Skills, Knowledge on internet connectivity, trouble shooting, mobile phone app installation, iOS/Android operating system, familiarity on Smart Phones.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on-site; BGC, Taguig
SALARY:
• 15,000 Basic Salary
• 5,000 - 6,000 Allowances
