CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
We are looking for Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible in executing various Reporting & Order Management activities, giving summarized data to support Supply Chain Strategic Objectives in an effective, accurate, and timely manner
About the job:
Order management reporting. Own and gather the needed data for the group to collectively evaluate our performance to end customers.
Basic Order management processing
Delivery information processing
Actively participate in regional continuous improvement and lean projects.
Identify, and bring to resolution any reporting deficiencies and inaccuracies
Analyze and report mutually agreed upon goals and objectives: Customer Fill Rate, Satisfaction Levels, & Service KPI's, Sample fulfillment, Order Acknowledgement, E-commerce and automation (EDI, Business Center and Business WH), Logistical complaints
Inform the appropriate individuals of any issues that come to your attention though-out the analysis process.
Other duties 'within reason' that may arise in the course of employment
About you:
College degree in Supply Chain Mgt, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
Good understanding of Customer Service, Order Management processes
Basic understanding of Electronics
Excellent knowledge of the English language & communication skills, 2nd language preferred
Excel, Powerpoint, and Access Database experience preferred Must be PC/CRT literate
SAP and MRP knowledge are preferred
Ability to handle stress, and work under pressure
High level of organizational skills with excellent detail and figure aptitude
