OPERATE POS MACHINE Transact merchandise return transaction in the POS machine to generate Sales Return Voucher facilitate issuance of the automated Sales Invoice .HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES Give product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department .OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE Transact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system .RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNS Facilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments .CLEAN THE AREA Organize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets Qualifications: .Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree .At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. .Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
