They are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service professional with an eye for design to join the team and ensure every client interaction is as refined as our furniture.The RoleWe are seeking someone who bridges the gap between logistics and interior advice. Because our customers cannot physically touch or see the products before buying, you will act as their eyes and ears-guiding them through material choices, sizing, and styling to ensure they make informed decisions.You won't just be answering emails; you will be offering design solutions, managing custom commercial orders, and overseeing the white-glove delivery experience.Key Responsibilities1. Design-Led Customer SupportAct as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via email and chat.Provide expert advice to customers who are unsure about product fit, finish, or scale. Use your interior design background to suggest items that complement their existing space.Educate customers on the natural characteristics of our materials (e.g., wood expansion, stone veining) to manage expectations regarding natural variations.2. Order Management & LogisticsManage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final "white glove" delivery.Coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule deliveries and troubleshoot delays, ensuring customers are kept in the loop regarding the 10-12 week lead times for custom items.Handle B2B and commercial project inquiries, assisting with quotes and custom furniture specifications.3. After-Sales CareProcess claims regarding shipping damages strictly within our 24-hour reporting window, coordinating with insurance and logistics providers.Manage our strict no-refund/exchange policy with empathy and professionalism, offering alternatives where applicable.Assist customers with care instructions to ensure the longevity of their wood and stone products.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2+ years in Customer Service or, preferably, within the furniture, home decor, or luxury retail sectors.Industry Knowledge: A background in Interior Design, Styling, or Architecture is highly preferred. You must be able to read floor plans or understand spatial dimensions to assist customers effectively.Material Intelligence: Understanding of natural materials (wood, stone, fabrics) and how they behave in different environments (humidity, temperature) is a major plus.Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
