Office Supply inventory and management
Data base management

-Data importing/Exporting
-Data entry
Bankruptcy certification and management
Credit Bureau management
-E-Oscar
Fax distribution and management
New account processing
-"Waterfall"-Statement processing
Mail return
Bookkeeping
-Payment posting-Month end balancing and trust accounting
Paralegal tasks
-Suit authorization process-Documentation procurement and managementCustomer Service:
Quarterly customer service audit
Client response
-Respond to phone call-Voicemails-Emails
Maintain contact with current clients and tend to customer service needs as necessary
RequirementsJob Requirements:- Be a creative, positive, and motivated person- Be able to complete administrative tasks- Be a self starter and a team player- Be able to manage multiple projects at once- Have at least one year of customer service experience- Have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsBenefits
