CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN SUPERVISOR
 
Job Purpose:
Responsible for export sales order processing and fulfilment of S&W market, from receiving the orders from the Commercial managers, supply allocation, shipment bookings, payment issues with the customers/Commercial Managers - in coordination with production, and all service departments to effect shipments as required by the customers. Goal is accurate delivery to maintain product availability
Resource for S&W organization in managing the availability of product from source to customer's destination through efficient supply and inventory management while maintaining product quality and delivering highest level of service
Qualification:
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business-related courses.
Experience in order fulfillment.
With good project management experience.
Willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro.
