CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications
Completed 4 years of college in any business or undergrad willing to be train
Excellent Tagalog Communication & Interaction Skills
Internet savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
At least 35 WPM typing.
Responsibilities
Process inbound/outbound sales chat/calls for the company to provide the requested and necessary information and get the caller to generate sales.
Manage phone calls and provide response to all
Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new and existing customers.
Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
Assist customers with knowledge on products and services. Informing deals and promotions.
Analyze client requirements, prepare all new contracts, service agreements and/or facilitate sales for same
Perform all follow up clients orders.
Ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction at all times.
Perform other task given.

No Experience
