Qualifications/Requirements:
• Preferably completed 2 years in college.
• Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.
• Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills.
• Above average to excellent communication skills is a must
• Has good customer service orientation and good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work onsite; Iloilo City
