As a Customer Sales Representative for a major US mobile wireless carrier, you'll tackle billing, coverage, and support questions with top-notch service. You'll be trained to solve problems, build rapport, and deliver solutions that make a difference-all while earning competitive pay and fantastic incentives.
 
Your Mission
? Listen actively to understand customer concerns and offer real solutions.
? Guide customers with clear, friendly communication on billing, plans, and technical support.
? Promote products and services that meet customer needs.

What You Bring
? Customer-focused personality with a flair for helping people.
? High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of call center experience (or 1 year of general customer service experience).
? Strong English skills, positive attitude, and great telephone etiquette.
⏰ Willingness to work US hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
