We are an online grocery delivery service that is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person ready to help grow the business in our home office in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
Main responsibilities:
Generate and Initiate retail/wholesale accounts in given targeted territory
Handle customer relations through phone, chat and email
Provide excellent customer service duties and accounts management
Process customer orders
Liaise with suppliers for orders
Reconcile supplier shipments
Answer phone calls, inquiries and emails
Qualifications
Computer literate, knowledgeable in Google Sheets, Excel and their formulas
Possess critical thinking and works with initiative
Highly personable, proactive in customer relations, should have excellent follow-up skills
Must be confident in their verbal and written English communication with pleasing, personality (will be speaking with foreigners)
Organized, high attention to detail, independent, can work without supervision
Sales background & experience a plus
One to two years professional experience in a related field an advantage
eCommerce experience a plus
