Job Descriptions
Handle customer relations through phone, chat and email
Provide excellent customer service duties and accounts management
Process customer orders
Generate and initiate retail/wholesale sales
Liaise with suppliers for orders
Reconcile supplier shipments
Answer phone calls and emails
May work from home on Tues/Fri.
Job Qualifications
Computer literate, knowledgeable in Excel and its formulas
Possess critical thinking and work with initiative
Proactive in customer relations, should have excellent follow-up skills
Must be confident in verbal and written English communication with pleasing, personality (will be speaking with foreigners)
Organized, high attention to detail, independent, can work without supervision
Sales background & experience a plus
One to two years professional experience in a related field an advantage
eCommerce experience a plus
Resident of Paranaque or Muntinlupa (Required).
Experience:
eCommerce: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing or Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Relations: 1 year (Required)
Language:
English proficiently (Required)
