CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
The position is responsible for keeping all customer and vehicle data, performing advance booking, telemarketing for service due to units, and submission of weekly and monthly reportorial. Conduct post sales & service follow-up and gathers customer feedback to improve and ensure overall customer sales and service satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in business administration and hospitality management.
At least one (1) year working experience in a premium brand and on related position.
Presentable and smart, and with excellent communication skills.
Must be customer oriented and customer focused.
Working in an automotive industry is an advantage.
