Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
2. Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
3. Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
4. Develop and update client related reports.
5. Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
6. Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
7. Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
8. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
9. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
10. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
11. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, senior management) to address customers' needs
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2- 3 years' experience in a similar role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
4. Problem analysis and problem-solving
5. Team-leadership
6. Background in customer service
7. Persuasiveness
