Overview:
The purpose of our Tribe: Make complex lending simple! For borrowers, ING employees, investors and regulators. Data is becoming more important every day. You will be contributing to the realisation of our ambitioned Lending Data Strategy to meet our ever increasing client, internal and regulatory demands on data. This is a fundamental part of building the future digital ING Wholesale Bank. You will be part of a team realising this business transformation and data culture.
The role will be for the Data Integration squad(s) looking over our Data Interfacing & Reporting from Lending systems to the downstream Finance and Risk group functions. Including the regulatory reporting requirements coming related to these two domains. Additionally the team contributes to necessary changes and upgrades in Finance and Risk reporting in line with our strategic changes and initiatives.
If you are good at:
As a Customer Journey Expert - Data Analyst (CJE-DA) you work agile and you are used to delivering focused, fast and often. You have expertise in Business Analysis with specific affinity in Data Analysis and Information Management and related tooling.
To give an idea, as a CJE-DA your work consists of
Ability to design, analyse and improve the Customer Journey or product domain you are in. And ability to manage the eco-system of stakeholders within.
Together with the Product Owner and the squad your drive translation of business & IT needs into stories that deliver the required value. This can be also analysing problems or providing data analytics.
You also provide the functional support to the stakeholder in your customer journey or product domain.
You contribute to the Chapter development on collective craftmanship initiatives and knowledge sharing.
You support along with the delivery of the engineers in the squad with guidance, feedback and testing.
You contribute to Tribe objectives, improvements, culture and Agile Way of Work; continuous improvement at the Tribe
If you can:
You are an ambitious starting Customer Journey Expert who can:
Exhibit knowledge of and experience with 'Lending' related business applications
Think of loan administration related applications like for example LoanIQ or Vortex
Experience with processing and delivering regulatory demands and audit requests
Basic hands on knowledge of SQL and query writing techniques or the willingness to learn in this area, to make yourself effective in this demanding domain
If you are:
Easy to work with, and have a no-nonsense mentality
a good, open and honest communicator, who values working as part of a squad
Able to connect teams and coordinate changes into organisations and processes
Understand (regulatory) requirements and can help navigate the business to successfully adopt subsequent transformation
