One of our Australian client is looking for additional staff member to join their Customer Support team.
Our client's business is based in Queensland, Australia and is one of the leading providers of gym and fitness equipment for commercial or personal use.
If you have good customer service skills and are passionate in learning new things or you are familiar with the health and fitness industry and likes going to the gym then this role may be for you!
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Manila (Possible to have Saturday and Sunday shift)
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:
Provide excellent customer service via email, chat and phone
Review products for better assistance in product-related inquiries
Keep track of orders processed using ERP system and assisting customers with their follow-ups
Provide advises to customers regarding products when necessary
Ensure satisfactory customer relationship
Answer emails and inquiries via Facebook Messenger
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in customer service
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in any ERP or CRM system
Good product knowledge skills
Experience in order management
Willing to work during weekends
Good to Have Skills/Experiences:
Experience in NetSuite ERP
Experience in eCommerce/retail business or Logistics/Courier campaign
Experience in cross-selling or upselling
