We're looking for a fast and responsive CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER. At THE FEEL GOOD FOOD GROUP FOOD SERVICE, we have 3 fast growing health food brands: Ketos of Manila (ketogenic diet delivery), Eat's Life Manila (health food diet delivery) and The Sugar-Free Bakery (a pioneer of the sugar-free, low-carb, gluten-free desserts and pastries).
Customer Experience Officer Duties and Responsibilities
Reports to the Head of Operations, as a member of the Customer Experience Team.
Responsible for managing customer
Is the 1st point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Manages customer database on Shopify and Six
Manages customer inquiries on social media accounts: Facebook and Instagram
Manages customer sales orders and coordinates with production and finance teams
Coordinates with the production team on incoming orders
Manages delivery assignments of logistics delivery fleet
Takes and makes calls from customers regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
Escalates customer concerns and queries
Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale, places and processes payments for orders, refunds or exchanges
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English (fluent)
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): customer service, logistics, database management, call center, Microsoft Office, microsoft excel
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner
Ability to solve customer problems
Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
