Job Description
Ensures effective execution of account-specific strategies that drive the creation of opportunities, addresses customer demands, meets customer values, which lead to high sales conversion
Records, monitors, assesses and prioritizes opportunities
Contributes insights on how to improve customer experience, product offerings and overall Globe myBusiness value
Builds and strengthens productive relationship with customers by managing customer expectations and perception towards Globe in every stage of the customer engagement by observing
Constant customer needs assessment (pre/post selling)
Implementing value based programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts Regular customer visits to
Existing subscribers based on an assigned portfolio
New /Potential Customers within the assigned territory
to understand market trends/behavior
to pursue new opportunities
to increase market penetration
to meet sales targets

REQUIREMENTS
Academic or Trade Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Course
