Customer Development Manager - Central Luzon
This position reports into the Senior Field Execution Group Manager and will cover Central Luzon area (Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac).

What Will You Do
Responsibilities-
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for managing accounts under supermarket 1 cluster. He/She is responsible for supervising staff in the development and servicing of National /general trade / Key Accounts to meet business sales objectives. At this level, the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, multiple lines / products, diverse team, business development and/or customer development skills. This job is not eligible for sales incentives / sales commissions.
The Customer Development Manager reviews results against forecasts and adjusts business plans to ensure objectives are met. He/She communicates plan parameters and goals to all stakeholders, and rolls out ad hoc plans and contests. He/She also provides input to department's budget and handles P&L for the set of customers given. Part of the scope would also be to manage expenses to stay within budget, and assign quotas and accounts to individual sales staff. He/She also monitors progress and implements corrective action when necessary, prepares periodic sales reports and reviews for management, presents changes to customer profiles and alternatives for addressing, and resolves routine problems and customer complaints.
Leads in the development of the assigned Key Accounts general trade for Kenvue Philippines Inc. to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition by executing competitive and strategic programs which are effective and efficient to support the achievement of planned market and brand related sales targets
Develops assigned Key Account specific strategies & plans as aligned with the Channel strategy and recommends appropriate execution requirements needed by the account to ensure that Kenvue gets the best on return on investment in terms of visibility, profitability, and share of market
Supports GKAM in the assigned key accounts negotiations to ensure plans to be implemented, proper assortment, availability, visibility, pricing and location of Kenvue products
Ensures that Kenvue products and promotional materials are properly have prime visibility and deployed according to the agreed timeframe
Provide good service level and introduces inventory management principles, processes and tools across all point of sale
Conducts assigned account category analysis on volume and brand performance, competitors activities, forecasts sales and review based on understanding customer's expansion plans, consumer/market trends, seasonality, industry performance, and brand opportunities to improve the effectiveness of key account plans
Delivers KPI results versus targets for assortment, availability, visibility, service level and promotional execution
Coordinates with Third Party Agency on the accomplishment of merchandising, visibility, and promotional objectives in assigned accounts. Monitors third party execution of plans, and through accomplishment and timely submission of compliance audits.
Provides leadership in monitoring the quality of Kenvue products in the store including returns.
Regularly monitors floaters report and ensures that there are no hanging AR balances beyond 30 days. Identifies items that are part of the floaters and provide appropriate action plans by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders

What we are looking for
Qualifications
3+ years Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development experience is a must with proven sales track record and business development in driving account deals and acquisition
Must have completed a Bachelor's degree (sales or business management is an advantage) from a reputable university
Preferably with background and experience in FMCG (non-food categories) retail environment and distribution, with strong commercial and analytical skills
Demonstrates leadership experience to maintain a high quality performing team
Strong relationship and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to negotiate with customers, Ability to drive process improvements amidst complexity
Leadership potential - should be Ready Now for current Customer Development Leadership Team Position
Should be proficient in computer applications
Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license
Preferred Competencies-
Experience with HR Reporting, Payroll Integrations, or Security strongly preferred
Experience working in a global environment strongly preferred
Agile or Scrum Training/Certification preferred
Design Thinking Training preferred
