Position Description:
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary Grade: 18000 - 20000 Peso / month
Reports To: Agent
Primary Relationships: Client Team, Customers, Suppliers
Date(s): January - December 2021
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issue and distribute invoices
- Process new contracts and sales
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Address customer complaints and questions
- Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
- Assist with customer account reconciliations
- Prepare and present analytical reports
- Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups
- Resolve any issues or mistakes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate degree (minimum 2 years college)
- Durable medical equipment (DME) biller would be awesome!
- Proven experience / background as a billing analyst or similar accounting role
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to listen carefully and communicate verbally and in written form
- Must have good organization and time management skills
- Must have Sales and CSR experience
- Solid Mathematical Skills
- Must be highly organized (even electronically)
- Must be tech savvy so to navigate efficiently complex billing software
- Must be very computer literate
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Medical billing experience isn't necessary but would be a benefit
- Male or Female
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate
