Job Description
Responsibilities: -Supports the company's customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. -Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. -Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance -Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals -Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations -Maintain and cultivate an effective working relationship with internal and external customers (Excellent Client Management skills).
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
-Strong experience as a Team Lead is a must
-Hands on experience in managing a team of at least 7 people or more.
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
-Proficient English Communications Skills
-Organizational skills and meticulous to detail
