A Customer Care Assistant primary duty is to answer the clients' queries and complaints regarding the company's products effectively according to company policies and guidelines.
This duty will include the followings tasks:
1. Maintain client records to track transactions
2. Process sales orders taken through phones
3. Assist in contract signing
4. Attend conventions to promote company products
Qualification:
Candidate must be a graduate of any medical course or business administration
At least 1-2 years experience as in telemarketing, pharmacy assistant
Has an exposure in medical products / pharmaceutical products is an advantage but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Willing to be assigned at PSEC, Head Office, Pasig City
Full time position available

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
