We are looking for customer-friendly, energetic, motivated Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team.
The CSR acts as the central nervous system of the company, helping customers schedule their services using our proprietary Conductor back-end technology.
Also, you will help technicians communicate with customers and help our operations team troubleshoot any customer service challenges.
This position is perfect for hungry, driven individuals who are interested in working hard at the ground-level to aggressively grow their careers.

Qualifications
Extensive Customer Service experience.
Adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Excellent phone skills and communication skills are a must.
Ability to multi-task and handle several different projects simultaneously during a fast-paced day.
High level of attention to detail.
On-the-spot problem resolution.
Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills.
Bias towards action, reliably executing tasks and doing it with a very high-quality bar.

Experience utilizing excel, word, google suite (docs and sheets)
