Account Type: Blended Line of Business (Inbound & Outbound Calls, Email, and Chat Support)

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (Customer Service and Basic Upselling)
Stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
Willing to work onsite at either Cebu IT Park or Lifestyle District, Cagayan de Oro
No specific educational attainment required
