REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok seller platform.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers are essential.
Must have an E-commerce experience.
Willing to work at Banawe, Quezon City and can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· This role requires the individual to motivate, mentor, coach and groom the team.
· Ensure accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (info details and stocks).
· Manage the day-to-day activity and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales.
· Work closely with different teams (Designer, Warehouse and Tech Team) to ensure all content, products and sales order are accurately processed on both platforms.
· Monitors the front-end and back-end of both platforms to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.
· Monitoring, managing, and updating store content such as product listing and inventory updates.
· Responsible for customer relationship processing or complaints return and refund process.
· Perform other duties as may be assigned
