Job Description
The Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist is responsible for providing the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research and learning framework of the CSR projects. He/she shall develop/enhance the monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative data gathered from the projects.
He/she shall also assist with the project needs in the implementation of the Food Group's strategy & plan aligned with the corporate goals and overall Aboitiz Group's Corporate Social Responsibility direction.
Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Bachelors degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology or Entrepreneurial Marketing with professional license is an advantage.
At least 3 years' experience in related work
Good knowledge on project implementation, monitoring and evaluation techniques
Above average analytical, planning and organizing skills
Good platform or facilitation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Computer literacy and proficiency in company authorized software
