We are hiring for an exceptional Sales Representative to be assigned to a boutique event management company based in Melbourne, Australia.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role in IT Park, Cebu City.
Roles expectations:
Presenting accurate event information to the delegates in the marketing list using event brief and independent research;
Making at least 60 calls per day to potential delegates;
Engaging in conversation about upcoming conference, creating an interest that results in a event registration;
Taking bookings and transferring the client to Customer Service Team for booking;
Updating the CRM or spreadsheet when needed;
Producing feedback reports from clients regarding each event;
Attending weekly phone meetings with Marketing Manager;
Being the main point of contact with the clients during sales campaign;
Reaching and exceeding the target number of bookings required; and
Continuing building and verifying the lead generation database.
Requirements
At least 3+ years of experience in outbound sales/customer service role from event campaigns;
Ability to comprehend each topic and what industries and job titles the event is aimed at;
Highly analytical and ability to think outside the box;
Excellent organisational skills and time management to achieve call rate KPI's;
Excellent English, written, spoken, comprehension and vocabulary, with a clear and confident voice;
Proficient in Infusionsoft or other similar cloud-based CRM preferred but not essential.
