The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be a member of Colleague Total Rewards and Wellbeing (CTRW) and Colleague Experience Group (CEG) Philippines. The individual will be leading the support and implementation of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) strategies, ongoing management of C&B programs and establishing strong customer and vendor relationships. This individual will report to Manager - Compensation & Benefits, Philippines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide Compensation & Benefits guidance and advice to Colleague Market Partners (CMP) / Colleague Strategic Partners (CSP) to support the people agenda
Design compensation structure for the market, conduct compensation review, new hire offers, maintenance of Pay Ranges and review incentive plans, etc.
Conduct compensation and/or benefits benchmarking on a regular basis
Contribute towards innovative communication strategy & market roll out to drive participation on benefit programs
Provide support and partnership in building a benefits framework and road map to support the ramp up for short to medium term
Vendor management for employee benefits
External partner and vendor management to lead all aspects of benefit program delivery including contract discussion of program content, delivery and cost, etc.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks and American Express protocols, procedures and policies.
Facilitate C&B session for new hires and internal teams
Work in partnership with Compensation and Benefit Operations, Medical teams, and HR teams to ensure detailed execution and delivery of C&B related programs
Be a subject matter authority to provide Year-End support to Colleague Market Partners (CMP) / Colleague Strategic Partners (CSP) in making informed pay decisions on merit and bonuses
Support & drive health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in the market
Drive the reward & recognition priorities in the market
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree AN ADVANTAGE
At least 5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience, with strong focus and background in compensation REQUIRED

Outstanding relationship and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously with proven ability to work with multiple partners

High quality orientation. Goal-oriented, with high level of integrity
Additional Details:
Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines 1634 (when Return-to-Office initiatives are in place)
Work from Home Requirements:
Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted
