Timekeeping- Maintain a thorough knowledge of time off benefits, payroll policies, premiums and Employment Contract stipulations regarding pay- Reconcile all time entries exceptions such as missed punches, late punches, early punches, etc.- Ensure complete mandatory numbers per employee in the timekeeping sheet- Process daily worksheets for agencies and other third-party service providers
Payroll - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations- Enroll and process new employee to bank payroll system for payroll account generation- Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and mandatory numbers) which serve as internal databases in the Business Intelligence system (BI) of Flash Express- Calculate and encode bonuses, incentives, commissions and allowances in the payroll system
Mandatory and Benefits- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the Flash Express systems to provide employees with accurate eligibility information
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business courses or equivalent.
Minimum two years experience in HR and/or benefits administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Willing to work on-site in McKinley West, Taguig City.
