What you'll do
Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets for Philippine's CSI and OEM market; full P&L responsibility
Covers the whole spectrum of portfolio as relevant per the market potential
Define crisp go to market strategies to maximize growth
Manages customers offer performance and partnership with customers
Manages issues & shared services across all channels
Develop a winning team in the Philippines - drive sales capabilities, business & commercial acumen; manages pipeline of talents; live by Signify values and behaviors
Represent Philippines in high-level meetings internally / externally
Your qualifications
University degree / Master degree
Over 15 years in market / customer facing operations with diverse go-to-market models, solid P&L management experience and track record of growing business with multinational companies
Sales and marketing experience - a must
Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in B2B and B2G ecosystem in the Philippines
Strong people management skills with ability to build strong talents
Key prior experiences critical for success in role
Developed and owned successful strategic plans for a sizeable organization;
Found new markets/whitespaces for an existing product portfolio, strong understanding of portfolio management;
Diversity in prior roles and work environment, managed unfamiliar functions or markets;
Built and sustained a high-performing and engaged team;
Led full commercial, operational and enabling functions;
Managed interface between corporate and field organization, influenced outcome through non-direct reports;
