Description and Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create templates for approved service announcements into bulk-email tool for distribution to specific target audience
Coordinate with the localization team and other stakeholders to prepare translated versions of mandatory service announcements & security/privacy incidents and manage related inquiries
Collaborate with tech writers and communication owners to determine proper format and target audience of communications
Participate in tools testing and process planning to improve turnaround times and ensure accurate recipient targeting
Document formatted recipient lists or queries, wherever appropriate
Send Mandatory Service Announcements and Security & Privacy Incidents to appropriate customers with minimal delay
Additional Job Description
CCN team is a combination of team members from Billing, PPS, QI. Request messages/notifications for Google Cloud Platform
Requirements:
Atleast 2 years of experience
Tools: SQL & HTML
Bachelor's Degree (IT/Computer Engineer/Math)
Required Language(s) English
