We are in need of a well-experienced and competent individual to join our team as a Chief Operations Officer of Izzybots.
The purpose of your role is to manage, develop and ensure an appropriate level of performance is achieved by Izzybots within your area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend weekly performance meetings. Support the CEO in running the meeting and ensure each member of the team is being held accountable for their KPIs.
Run daily project meetings with the production team. Ensure the team is working effectively together delivering their projects, delivering excellent results, and promptly resolving any issues.
Identify & implement improvements in standard operating procedures to improve production delivery, customer experience & profit.
Provide support and guidance to the CEO and other staff as and when required
Be a short-term substitute for any gaps or vacancies in Izzybots when required.
Ensure that the CEO is maintaining high standards of conduct, professionalism, and performance in accordance with Izzybots Management Policy and Management Manifesto.
If necessary, take the lead in dealing with any HR issues and ensure that high standards of conduct, professionalism, and performance are maintained at all times in accordance with Izzybots Management Policy and Management Manifesto.
Assist with the recruitment of relevant talent into Izzybots within your area of responsibility.
Monitor overall project health and resolve any escalations. Identify and assist with the resolution of any organizational root causes.
Ensure all possible project work is delegated to Production to maximize throughput and profitability.
Keep Relationship Managers & where required, partners, informed of project status & providing important information about client projects to support them in their responsibilities.
Fulfill reporting obligations as directed.
Complete other tasks as directed from time to time.
Be an ambassador and an advocate for the company at all times.
*Stable internet connection (with backup net) and a laptop/desktop is a must **
This is a full-time position and we work Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Key Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to manage a business unit and manage costs against business performance to achieve a strongly profitable outcome.
Excellent ability to lead, develop and manage a high-performance team.
Ability to lead and inspire team members to strive for high levels of output and excellence and become more than they thought they could be
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to have frank and candid conversations with underperforming team members or team members who are not aligned with team and company culture in a positive manner.
Good team planning skills around resourcing and cost management.
Ability to refine existing systems and develop new systems, policies, and procedures in line with changing business requirements.
Strong work ethic and a very high level of commitment to the role.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt and cope well with change.
