Job Description
Develop and test new menu items, incorporating international flavors and trends. Ensure all menu items meet company standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
Adapt international recipes for fast-food production, streamlining processes without compromising flavor.
Oversee kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and meet production goals. Train and mentor cooks on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
Manage food costs and inventory, minimizing waste. Implement and maintain high standards for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
Must have international cuisine experience and/or fast-food chain experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef, with a proven track record of success in a professional kitchen environment.
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing international cuisine dishes.
Prior experience working in a fast-food chain environment is a plus.
