Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.
 
The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.
 
We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CHEF
 
Responsible for creating and refining recipes, researching new ingredients and methods to improve food quality and cost efficiency, training kitchen staff, optimizing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety compliance, analyzing market trends for product development, conducting product testing, and maintaining accurate recipe documentation.
 
Job Description:
Creates new recipes to add menu offers and improve existing products.
Design new recipes in consideration of market demand for new products.
Improves recipes and preparation methods to meet faster paced production and food safety standards.
Trains, monitors, and assesses recipe execution.
Qualifications:
A degree in Culinary Arts is an advantage.
Sufficient knowledge and experience in developing food products
At least with a relevant experience of 2-5 years in the same industry
Knowledgeable in Western, Asian and Local Cuisines.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
