Assist and support the Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen
Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
Assist in maximising profitability
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as Chef de Partie in high volume catering/and or 5-star hotel environment
Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
Is knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
Enjoys interacting with people
Communicates and writes in English
Excellent organizational skills
Enjoys being challenged
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
Willing to work shifts
