Qualifications:
Undergraduate or College graduate is welcome to apply!
With or without experience
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role but not required
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Amenable to work in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Job Description:
Assist customers using the chat system
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
