The position of a Buyer Support Representative will be responsible for the procurement and processing of applications, supporting Insight Enterprises operations, and order fulfillment. This will include working on operational issues with suppliers, providing strong client service, and maintaining data accuracy.
*This position will start as a remote (work from home) position until Covid regulations are lifted. Once Covid regulations are lifted, this position will be onsite in our
Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office.
*Please note: This is a full-time position, working US hours.

Process Application:
*Responsible for purchase order (PO) execution
*Process orders and warranty registrations
*Process Goods Receipt (GR) for Drop shipments
Supplier / Material Management:
*Support Tier1 Foundation Partners, PO backlog management, and PO Goods receipt/invoice.
*Expedite deliveries. Negotiate with suppliers as needed - lead times, freight cost.
Purchasing Operations:
*Order entry
Create/cancel PO's, update, and maintain accurate PO costing.
*Program Support - warranties, special pricing, SW licensing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
College degree preferred, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and/or issues from suppliers, management, and other teammates.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel.
