Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our fast-growing team as a Business Development Representative. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives.
What you'll get to do:
Create a fantastic first impression to prospects and customers while building a pipeline for the Zendesk Field Sales Executives
Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new business and deliver on the strategy for your region
Understand customer requirements and identify potential applications for Zendesk solutions
Respond to inbound requests via zendesk support, the telephone and email
Organize and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce
Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
What we are looking for:
KPI driven (high-volume) phone sales experience
Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
Persuasive and naturally curious
Proven success in meeting monthly targets
Real passion for developing a career in technology sales
Experienced in common sales methodology E.G. Sandler, Franklin Covey
Experience with social prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients
Strong time management skills
High energy team player
