Job Description:
 
The Business Development Officer defines and develops new business opportunities for Augmented Outsourcing Solutions Inc. Optimistic and able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsible establishing and execution of business strategies that drive revenue stream across the organization.
 
Involve in planning and organizing growth and profitability initiatives and takes full responsibility of the overall business development strategies This position is responsible in creating and updating policies, key processes and process improvement initiatives in the department.
Proposes potential business opportunities through data driven research and analysis;
Implements and monitors organizes and monitors business strategies across the organization;
Identifies and presents new business opportunities, placement of investment, stocks, bonds, etc which are profitable for AUGMENTED OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS INC.
Conducts market research, feasibility studies, gap analysis, bench-marking, and other strategies and tools to establish market advantage and/or facts;
Provides oversight to team members and drive departmental goals
Performs other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary as instructed by his / her superior.
Provide a monthly report to Management Committee (MANCOM) regarding customer satisfaction undertaken, surveys and feedback.
Qualifications:
Must have bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
Strong background in dealing negotiation with international prospect clients, around the globe.
Must have at least two to three (2-3) years of experience in Business development, marketing or equivalent experience.
Must be proficient in business presentation, conduct of feasibility study, market research and analysis, trend analysis; must have working knowledge in marketing strategies, business analytics, current best-practices, etc.
With ability to multitask, prioritize and management.
With strong foundation on the following skills:
Creative thinking
Strong Communication and negotiation (both verbal and written)
Planning and time management
Can work with less supervision
Great local and international customer/client relations skills.
Computer literate and solid skills in MS Applications.
Willing to travel if necessary
Sales and Marketing work experience is advantage
Benefits:
Salary Range: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000
