Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This full-time role is on-site in Las Vegas (with hybrid flexibility for exceptional candidates) and will focus on internal data analysis, KPI tracking, financial reporting, invoice/commission management, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:· Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze internal operational and financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making by the COO and leadership team.· Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company, ensuring leadership has visibility into business performance.· KPI Management: Monitor and manage company KPIs, proactively identifying trends or variances and reporting these to relevant stakeholders.· Invoice & Commission Management: Oversee the processes for invoicing and sales commission tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.· Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial and performance reports, including analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) to explain variances and inform strategy.· Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to gather data requirements and support their reporting and analytics needs.· Customer Success Analysis: Generate customer success reports and analysis to help improve client outcomes and satisfaction, highlighting areas for improvement in service or product usage.· Ad-hoc Projects: Support the COO and other leaders with ad-hoc analysis or special projects, providing data modeling and forecasts as needed.Qualifications & Requirements· Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (required); MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).· Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.· Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel for complex data analysis and reporting). Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.· Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial reporting and financial statements, with the ability to interpret and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.· Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Familiarity with advanced wound care or skin biologics products/markets is a big plus and will help in understanding our business context.· Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Adaptability: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
