As a Brand Champion you would be responsible to ensure that the site has current brand material/collateral,
Establish the signage, boards and TVs display Verizon branded information, and;
Keep current on brand standards.

Minimum of 1-year experience in the BPO industry.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment / build effective working relationships at all levels.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexible to work on a shifting schedule / Graveyard shift.
