BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Experience: At least 1 year experience in SPANISH customer service. Both Spanish CS/Sales experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Knowledge of sales strategies and customer engagement techniques. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
This is a temporary work-from-home setup.
 
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a reliable internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
Operating system: Windows 10 only (no Macs or Chromebooks).
PC/laptop requirements: i5 (4th gen) with 8GB RAM or i3 (5th gen) with 6GB RAM.
Noise-canceling headset (minimum 30% effectiveness).
Must have a quiet workspace (no background noise from pets, TV, or other distractions).
Applicants must be located in the Cebu area.
