ROLE
Responsible for providing support to global Marketing and Request for Proposal (RFP) Teams, assists with RFPs, assembles the marketing/sales presentation materials, and updates the materials as needed. The Specialist also works alongside the Sales and Client Service Teams to formulate compelling responses to RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQSs) in order to win and retain business. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in the creation of marketing analytics, updating business statistics, coordinate mass mailing lists, and create marketing emails.
Based in the C&IS (Corporate and Institutional Services) business unit, this role will provide an opportunity to interface with experts across the Asset Servicing and Wealth Management teams.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to marketing and RFP staff by utilizing Microsoft office applications including Word, Powerpoint and Excel at an advanced/expert skill level
Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles marketing or sales materials for client/prospect presentations or meetings
Completion of standard and custom due diligence questionnaires. Includes sourcing of responses from database, SME liaison and project management of response documents within deadlines
Completes formatting/branding of RFPs and routine completion of Due Diligence requests
Assists in coordinating the arrangements for seminars, meetings, and conferences sponsored for bank clients and prospects
Coordinates mass mailing lists and the mailings of materials to current and prospective clients utilizing Marketo or other enterprise tool
Assists with review and maintenance of content on SharePoint including running inventory reports and identifying documents to be updated/ retired
Interacts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance or product areas to obtain business statistics and updates tracking spreadsheets on regular (monthly/quarterly) basis.
Maintain Detailed Procedural Analysis Documents (DPADs) as needed and ensure that any change in the process is updated in the DPAD in a timely manner
Meet all the SLAs set by the business for the process in terms of timeliness and accuracy
Proactively report any issues to the Team Leader or Manager
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Provides support to sales and marketing staff by utilizing Microsoft office applications including Word, Powerpoint and Excel at an advanced/expert skill level.

Completion of non-standard/non off the shelf Due Diligence Questionnaires. Includes sourcing of responses from database, SME liaison and project management of response documents within deadlines.

Assists in coordinating the arrangements for seminars, meetings, and conferences sponsored for bank clients and prospects.
Coordinates mass mailing lists and the mailings of materials to current and prospective clients utilizing Exact Target or other enterprise tool.
Assists with review and maintenance of content on Mosaic including running inventory reports and identifying documents to be updated/ retired.
Interacts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance or product areas to obtain business statistics and updates tracking spreadsheets on regular (monthly/quarterly) basis.
A College or University degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools for marketing-related functions
for marketing related functions (Exact Target, Marketing automation tool, Mosaic, Sharepoint, etc.).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts usually obtained through related work experience or formal education is required to assist with fee proposals and develop the marketing materials.
