To identify applicable documents as per the customer's requirements and specifications.
To attend document review meetings with the Project Administrator, Project Manager, and Document Controller.
To manage the documentation approval cycle and final documentation delivery to the customer (gather, prepare, and submit).
To respond to inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations.
To manage and record customer transactions in business systems such as CRM, DocPro, and SharePoint.

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering courses.
Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications and Adobe Acrobat.
