Responsible for leading teams performing data administration, system configuration and user support for all active Corrigo accounts in APAC, EMEA and AMER.
CSC Technical Lead shall perform the following tasks, on top of core leadership and team management duties:
Perform data administration and system configuration tasks in Corrigo account instances, in the following areas -
Users
Customer contacts
Property data
Space data
Work types (tasks)
Specialty dispatch
PM Schedules
RM Schedules
Equipment
Provide trouble shooting for on account teams for workflow issues when not solved by PSC.
Write basic reports to support on-account teams.
Provide user support to JLL on account users.
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Teams.
Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly. Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions.
Generally support the Regional Platform Manager with ad hoc tasks.
