Responsible for the management of the branches in the assigned area, ensuring unhampered daily branch operations through meeting man-power requirements, implements and monitors implementation of standard operating procedures, ensuring company controls are implemented including but not limited to inventory management and company assets management.
Work-Instructions :
✔ Manage overall branch operations on the assigned area including but not limited to ensuring completeness of the required branch man-power to ensure unhampered branch operations, ensures and maintains branch compliance on the standard operating procedures and policies.
✔ Analyze and Recommends strategies to boost sales.
✔ Designs improvements for the branch daily operations by identifying gaps and areas for improvement during branch regular visits.
✔ Ensure that all programs including but not limited to marketing activities, sales efforts, promos and discounts are implemented.
✔ Executes branch visits to check and verify branch compliance on the standard operating procedures to ensure quality customer service and ensure control is implemented to protect the company's property and assets.
✔ Performs regular inventory count during branch visit.
✔ Monitor high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service is practiced across all branches.
✔ Submits monthly reports and analysis on the branch sales performance, branch operations, 5S implementation, branch KPI's and other reports required by the management.
✔ Oversee and maintains the overall quality of branch operation and monitors branch performance in terms of KPI's.
✔ Updates Store Operation Manager on the branch status in the overall branch operations seemingly communicates branch concerns to rightful department to help expedite the resolution of the branch concerns and provides practical and optimal resolution to address and close the issue.
✔ Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to branch staff.
✔ Designs and establish goals to improve branch operations.
✔ Furnish and present budget allocation to support goals seemingly consolidates and assess branch presented budget allocation to Store Operations Manager.
✔ Performs other tasks and projects as required by the management ad hoc task/projects related to the position.
Qualifications :
● 4-8 years minimum of experience as an Area Manager with exposure in all facets of credit and collection, sales and marketing, administrative functions, finance, human resources, and finance.
● A graduate of BS Buss. Administration, Marketing, Accountancy.
● Willing to travel within Cebu-Negros Areas.
● Preferably from Motorcycle Industry, Food Industry, or Retail Industry.
● Must have experience in handling multiple branches.
Salary: can go higher if highly FIT for the role
