Role Overview:
 
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General clinical Manager to lead and manage our ABA therapy center in Mandaue City Philippines This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand services.
Foster relationships with local communities, clients, and stakeholders to enhance outreach and service impact.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Serve as a key liaison between families, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Must be tech computer savvy
Proficient in social media
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience managing clinic operations or in healthcare/non-profit management. Or BPO industry
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience or knowledge in ABA therapy is highly preferred.
A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
