Proven experience in a managerial role and Must have prior experience managing and leading teams
Strong decision-making capabilities
Required Skill(s): Retail, Execution, System thinker, People management, Stock Management, Inventory Management
Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Strong leadership skills and ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A qualified applicant is proven with retail, pharmacy, supermarket managerial experience
